ICE COLD JUNE

A white hot sun, and ice cold June.
She doesn’t know you from the man in the moon.
If you think you’re in love, you better change your tune.
She’ll be pumping you up, then she’ll burst your balloon.

Her clothes fit just like a glove. You want some,
And yet, when push comes to shove, you’ll be numb.
Then if you mention love, she’ll play dumb.
If you’re in love with June,
Then boy, you better get away soon.

The flame burns hot, but June stay cools.
Boy, don’t you know she’s playing you for a fool?
Each time she struts her stuff, you begin to drool.
Boy, don’t you take it. Don’t put up with her bull.
