I’m waiting for tomorrow and
The chance that I’ll see you.
I pray that by tomorrow’s noon
I’ll find your love so true.
If evening comes and I should find
That I am still alone,
Then all my dreams will disappear,
And all hope will be gone.
As for tonight, I’ll have to wait
Until the morning light.
With luck I’ll hold you in my arms
Throughout tomorrow night.
