MY LOVE, GOODBYE

Although my passion forces me
To cling to love so desperately,
I find it’s useless now to try,
So let us part. My love, goodbye.

If only we could somehow spare
The precious love we used to share.
It seems it’s destined now to die,
So let us part. My love, goodbye.

I love you still, and my heart longs
To hear your sweet, melodic songs.
I think we’re both about to cry,
So let us part. My love, goodbye.
