MASSAGE

Rest quietly and relax tonight
As I rub the hot, soothing oil
Into your tense, nervous muscles.
Let my fingers soothe you
As they trace paths across your body.
Close your eyes and free your mind
Of all thought, worry, and fear,
For my hands will comfort you
And ease your nervous tension.
I see a smile of appreciation
Appear slowly upon your face
As you begin to feel the warm oil
As it soaks into your tired body
And releases it from all concern.
Trust my hands and fingers,
For they will cause no pain,
Only vivid sensations of joy.
Your soft, tender body
Begins to melt and flow
With the oil beneath my palms
As the gentle pressure
Starts to soothe and relax
Each tense fibre of your body.
At last I feel you relax
As you drift slowly to sleep
With a smile upon your face.
