WINTER WEDDING VOWS

Yesterday we were friends.
Companions in life
Sharing the same path
And the same distant dreams
Ad we walked through the beauty
Of the early summer meadows.
Then the fall came
And we became closer
As the autumn leaves
Began to fall softly to the Earth.
The northern winds began to blow
As winter came along,
And no matter how cold it grew,
Our new love kept us warm.
I promise you this love we’ve found
Will be yours forever more.
I promise I will do all
Within my power to provide you with
The happiness and joy you deserve.
I only ask that you be there
To inspire my thoughts
And to encourage my dreams.
I hope that I may see you smile
Each day of our life together
So that I in turn
Will have reason to smile.
I love you, my darling,
And I know you love me,
So on this day I vow
I will always be yours.
